Beforehand, in-depth interviews will be conducted with the hiring company business leaders to clarify objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with the people-focused leadership style and culture necessary to support a standout HR professional.

 

As a candidate, the the first step is for AI tools to analyse your CV and profile, references, network, and recommendations to provide an unbiased assessment of hard skills.

 

Depending on the role, you will take some tests (personality, behavioural, cognitive, language etc.), and through gamified tools will assess business and strategic capabilities, competencies, and human skills (thinking, flexibility, adaptability, problem-solving etc.).

 

Together with our experienced HR leaders, you will undergo in-depth interviews to further assess your capabilities and mindset, and ‘read back’ and discuss test results. Lastly, we will discuss the hiring company, leadership style, view on HR, company objectives, expectations, and requirements.

 

In the final step, we will invite the successful and standout HR professionals to meet the standout business leaders for a mutual in-depth interview process, where both parties discuss and conclude if there is a match for a successful partnership.

 

We also oversee what we consider to be a mutual onboarding in order for you to succeed.
