Beforehand, we conduct in-depth interviews with business leaders (hiring company), to clarify objectives, requirements, onward strategy, and current HR set/up – ensuring alignment with the people-focused leadership style and culture necessary to support a standout HR professional.

 

As for the candidate, the first step is for AI tools to analyse candidate CVs and profile, references, network, and recommendations to provide an unbiased assessment of hard skills.

 

Depending on the role, in the next step tests (personality, behavioural, cognitive, language etc.), and through gamified tools will assess business and strategic capabilities, competencies, and human skills (thinking, flexibility, adaptability, problem-solving etc.).

 

Our experienced HR leaders then undertake in-depth interviews with candidates to uncover standout talent.  Above all, to assess the candidate's HR and business mindset, as well as ‘read back’ and discuss test results. Lastly, discuss the hiring company, leadership style, view on HR, company objectives, expectations, and requirements.

 

In the final step, we facilitate the successful standout HR professionals and standout business leaders (hiring company) to meet for a mutual in-depth interview process, where both parties discuss and conclude if there is a match for a successful partnership.

 

We also oversee what we consider to be a mutual onboarding and offer support to ensure a successful process.
